Tasks
The Product Sales Manager (Open Loop) is responsible for:
- Manage customers, sales projects, and tenders for long-term component support in Asia Pacific
- Lead projects and coordinate inquiries with Group sales
- Calculate business plans for component services in line with commercial guidelines
- Align with internal and external stakeholders in Asia and Germany
- Draft proposals and present offers to promote LHT’s services
- Negotiate contracts per segment standards and risk profile
- Support transition from sales to service start
- Identify improvements with internal units to boost satisfaction
- Monitor competitors and trends to protect business
- Attend events and perform other assigned duties

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Relations, preferably in aviation MRO or technical services
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 apps
- Strong intercultural competence, especially with Asian cultures
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Enjoys working with people and solving problems
- Self-motivated and adaptable to complex challenges
- Strong character to drive business and partnerships
- Professional representation of Lufthansa Technik
- Willing to travel extensively for business
- Must possess a legal work permit
