As a North American Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Tabula across the U.S. and Canada—developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and building strategic partnerships with aerial ag operators, distributors, and industry groups. You’ll be critical in expanding Tabula’s North American footprint.  As part of the North America Team, you will work in a variety of industries and with clients from different geographic locations.

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to assist with the North American growth for Tabula, a global leader in GPS-based AgTech and aviation software. This remote role (Florida-based preferred) is perfect for someone with experience in agricultural technology, aerial application, or B2B SaaS sales. Help us bring precision, compliance, and efficiency to the skies.

Job Description

  • Generate and close new business with aerial applicators, ag service providers, and aviation contractors across North America
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, proposals, and onboarding
  • Grow our U.S. & Canadian customer base
  • Retain strong relationships with existing clients and facilitate account growth and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report on KPIs and growth
  • Represent Tabula at key aviation/agriculture industry events, trade shows, and demos
  • Contribute to the development/creation of marketing strategies and material to support sales efforts
  • Work remote with flexible hours and strong team support

Job Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the agricultural spraying, aerial application, or farm services industries
  • Ideal candidate has experience with other GPS Application Systems for air or ground (such as Satloc, AgNav, AgSync, Raven, Trimble, etc.)
  • Strong network in the ag aviation or precision ag communities is a major plus
  • High level of comfort with technology
  • Strong technological understanding of sales tools such as Samsung Flow, Zoom, CRM Systems
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% across North America
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in AgTech, Aviation, or Agricultural Operations
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset—you know how to open doors and close deals
  • Proven track record in building pipelines and closing deals
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
