JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A: Executive, Sales
You’ll be the face of AirAsia’s sales in the non-Bangkok areas! As an Executive, Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our partners, and actively finding new business opportunities to ensure our success.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION
Actively achieve sales targets for all S&D products, including Sky Agent, GoGov, MyCorp, and Group.
Represent AirAsia by organizing sales visits to expand into new business and attract potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local travel agents and partners, providing support and identifying new opportunities.
Monitor local spanet sentiment and competitors, using insights to develop effective sales action plans and campaigns.
Support new assignments and special projects such as travel fairs, roadshows, seminars, or new product implementations.
WHO YOU ARE
Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience. A background in travel agency sales, the airline industry, or tourism is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
Familiar with analytical tools and data reports (e.g., Google Sheets).
Proficient in Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
Valid driving license with the ability to travel for business purposes as required (owning a car is an advantage but not mandatory).
