Robinson R-44 Island Tour Pilot - Transportation and Housing Available!

Dowden Aviation is looking for Robinson R-44 pilots to conduct sightseeing tours on the island of Grenada. Tremendous opportunity for pilot growth.

• All tours will depart & land at a designated Cruise Terminal Heliport.
• Tours consist of a 22-25-minute and a 52–55-minute tour. All routes are pre-designated. 
• Certain Tour Routes are subject to weather change. 

Compensation:

• $2000 a week 
• Transportation from JFK or MIA (Roundtrip) to GND 
• Complimentary Pilot Housing is provided in Grenada

• Passport Required 
• Minimum 500 Hours PIC   
• Dual Rating is a plus.
• Day VFR ONLY 
• Minimum is 7 days on 7 days off.
• Pilots may work 14,30,60 days or an entire season (case by case to be discussed with senior management) Pilots who choose to remain on duty for 30 consecutive days or longer qualify to receive Bonus.
• Workday is 7am -7pm (Hours subject to change based on cruise ship departure)
• Pilots may have 1 or maybe 2 days off a week (On-Call Status) unless maintenance is being performed.   
• Pilots with 1500 hours will be required to take a written exam from Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority (ECCAA). Pilots under 1500 hours will be required to take a written and a check ride
