The Opportunity
Airbus Helicopters International Services currently have an opportunity for an Simulator Flight Instructor
(SFI) ATR aircrafts.
The successful candidate will provide the following duties for customer missions:
Perform ground instruction on ATR aircrafts, normal and emergency procedures, basic CRM
courses to trainees
Prepare simulator missions sessions (briefings, pedagogical tools…)
Conduct ATR 72 simulator sessions: initial type rating, difference course, proficiency checks,
emergency procedures, maturing sessions, human factor dedicated missions etc.
Debrief on trainings using ATR &43; airlines supports
Grade trainee’s performance and presentation for test/check
Fill trainee’s folder in accordance with ATR’s policy and authority regulations
Support and assist trainees with difficulties, reporting to ATR head of FFS training
Remain current, trained and updated on all ATR aircrafts procedures
About You
The successful candidate will have:
EASA SFI license and authorization,
FAA TCI approval is a plus,
Rated or have been rated on ATR aircrafts, with an experience of more than 1000FH,
The ability to deliver training in English (at least level 4 English proficiency ICAO)
Trained and standardized pedagogical training and tools by ATR
Approval from ATR training center Head of Training
Demonstrated excellent teaching skills with trainee’s pilots
Willing to have a flexible work planning (including week end, late slots…) based on FFS slots availability and customer requests.
