We are partnered with a longstanding Part 91 flight department to find a Chief Pilot to manage and operate their CJ3+. As Chief Pilot, the duties would include, but not be limited to, scheduling and conducting flights, coordinating maintenance, ensuring the flight department stays in compliance with FAA regulations, coordinating with accounting on department expenses, as well as maintaining aircraft and hangar readiness and cleanliness.
The Chief Pilot will be responsible for planning and conducting flights safely to and from numerous airports around the continental U.S., as well as Mexico, and the Caribbean Islands. This includes scheduling and coordinating travel and hotel accommodations for passengers.
The Chief Pilot will work closely with company owners and upper management to ensure proper scheduling and aircraft availability for flight operations. There will be an expectation of constant professionalism and maintaining a courteous manner.
