Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy, reduce stock outs, and minimize unnecessary overhead and waste. 3. Analyze data on warehouse productivity, order accuracy, and inter-departmental satisfaction to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, business units and back shops, to ensure alignment of warehouse activities with overall business objectives. 5. Champion continuous improvement efforts, leveraging lean principles and technology solutions to streamline workflows and eliminate waste. 6. Conduct audits of records, storage facilities, and operational procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. 7. Serve as a subject matter expert on warehouse operations, providing support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed. 8. Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and management, facilitating communication and resolution of issues in a timely manner. 9. Participate in the onboarding, and training of new warehouse personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values. 10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in warehousing and logistics, and proactively share insights with the team. |
