About the role:
Store Keeper is responsible to efficiently control and administer all technical stores areas, and ensure all inventory correctly transacted on the computerized inventory system. He has to ensure that all QCAA/EASA and organizations Quality section instructions relating to materials and spares control are strictly adhered to, and to be fully conversant with all Technical Materials Section procedures.
Main duties include:
1. Updating the computerized inventory system2. Providing stock items on-time to its final destination3. Assisting with receiving goods for inspection4. Dispatching items required at outside stations5. Checking stock for nil or not stocked situations6. Maintaining standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and safety precautions7. Protecting stores from entering by unauthorized persons8. Recording of daily duty log and preparing shift hand-over9. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.
