We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Consultant who has strong hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors integrations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in connecting SuccessFactors with other SAP or third-party systems using tools like SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Should have strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and other tools used on the SAP platform.
Our core HR system is SAP SuccessFactors, and our payroll system runs on SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You’ll work closely with HR / HRIS, payroll, and IT teams to ensure smooth and reliable data flow between systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems (SAP and third-party).
- Use SuccessFactors Integration Center and other SAP integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Good exposure in Cloud Integration Suite capabilities like in SAP API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors & Integration Advisor.
- knowledge in handling security artifacts, encryption and decryption mechanisms.
- Handle regular updates, data loads, and real-time integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure all integrations meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
- Document integration processes and provide user support where needed.
