About the RoleAs a Robot Operator, you’ll play a critical role in machining and assembling high-performance aerospace components. Your attention to detail and technical knowledge will ensure precision, quality, and efficiency at every stage of production—helping deliver components that meet the highest aerospace standards.
Position Details - Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (7 Months)
- Location: Tulsa, OK
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (2nd Shift; must be flexible for all shifts)
- Pay Rate: $33.00 – $37.00 per hour
What You’ll Do- Operate CNC and robotic machining equipment to fabricate aircraft parts and assemblies
- Interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications to meet quality requirements
- Adjust machine feeds, speeds, and alignments using precision tools and shop math
- Proof new and revised part programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Modify tooling setups and fixtures for optimal machining performance
- Inspect parts using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Assemble components into sub-assemblies and final products
- Monitor production processes and identify discrepancies or quality issues
- Ensure equipment and tooling meet certification requirements
- Support training and mentoring of other production team members
What You BringRequired Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production
- Strong background in aerospace or aviation manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining and robotic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
- Proficiency with precision measurement instruments
- Knowledge of G-codes, M-codes, and basic machining principles
- Ability to pass a skills demonstration assessment
- Flexibility to work any shift as needed
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with tooling adaptation and fixture setup
- Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control methods
- Ability to train and support other team members
- Solid mathematical and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $33.00 to $37.00 per hour
