Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Technician assists in evaluating, maintaining, and improving quality systems and manufacturing processes to meet company quality policies and objectives and achieve customer satisfaction.

Participation in Annual Incentive Program (ACIP)
Responsibilities
Determines quality level of product and processes by inspecting, testing, evaluating data; judging acceptability to requirements; and reporting results in a meaningful manner. Inspections may include, receiving, in process, first piece, or pre-shipment checks.
Performs investigations on quality problems found in products and materials through the performance of inspections, tests, and analysis and interfaces with other functional groups to solve/prevent problems.
Ensures maintenance of measuring & test equipment by completing preventive maintenance, safeguarding equipment from damage, trouble-shooting malfunctions, and obtaining necessary repair or servicing.
