A.    Job Purpose 
•    Responsible for developing and supporting solutions that address a range of business needs, including portals, workflow, forms, collaboration sites, document management, and business intelligence/reporting.
B.     Key Accountabilities 
Strategic Activities  
•    Responsible for building Power Apps Model, canvas-driven applications, and components using Power Platform PowerApps
•    Responsible for interpreting functional requirements and translating them into Power Platform-based solutions. 
•    Responsible for the installation and configuration of data gateways.
•    Integrate PowerApps applications with various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Azure, and others 
•    Use Power Automate to create workflows and business logic for the applications 
•    Use Power BI to create reports and dashboards for the applications 
•    Follow best practices and standards for PowerApps development, such as naming conventions, documentation, testing, and security 
•    Debug and troubleshoot issues and bugs in the applications 
•    Provide support and maintenance for the applications 
•    Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the Power Platform 
•    Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365 technologies, including a focus on keeping up to date with developing solutions and the future roadmap of Microsoft.
Team Management 
•    Collaborate with Business Users and software providers to build digital solutions.
•    Support, nurture, and develop the team members’ skills in all digital transformation and innovation aspects
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed upon between the incumbent, reporting officer, and HR.

C.    Skills Required 
Strong business-to-technology translation skills, Excellent client/customer service mindset
Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills. Good Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Flow, Dataverse, SharePoint, Data Governance and Security, External data integrations, PCF controls, XML & JSON

Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Pages, and Azure Service

Good to have –JavaScript, C, HTML & CSS

Certifications – PL-100 or PL-200 or PL-400
Strong problem-solving skills, Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail

D.    Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education Requirements    
•    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 
•    At least 2 years of experience in PowerApps development 
•    Proficient in using PowerApps Studio, Power Automate, and Power BI 
•    Knowledge of common data sources and connectors, such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Azure, and others 
•    Knowledge of PowerApps formulas, functions, and expressions 
•    Knowledge of PowerApps components, controls, and UI design 
•    Knowledge of PowerApps security and governance 
•    Good communication and collaboration skills 
•    Ability to work independently and in a team 
•    Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly 
Minimum Requirement 
•    4-7 years of work experience in a software company
•    3+ years of experience using Power Platform PowerApps
•    3+ years of experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
