Role Introduction
Reports To: Assistant Manager Partnerships Operations
Cathay is looking for an energetic team player with interest in loyalty partnership management to join our team and help Cathay to deliver on our ambitious goal of becoming the best Travel Lifestyle brand. The Partnership Operations Officer will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the partnership lifecycle and delivering partnership propositions and promotions across digital and physical channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure partnership information and promotions are accurately configured in our internal loyalty systems
- Manage and deliver program collateral to all partner sites
- Conduct virtual and/ or on-site training and system-testing sessions with partners to ensure proper understanding and usage of our systems and interfaces
- Develop, update and manage website content in adherence to standard templates
- Collect and file all necessary documents required for partnership setup, maintenance, and termination
- Work effectively and independently with partners and internal teams to
troubleshoot problems - Support ad hoc assignments and projects when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in sales or loyalty operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, knowledge of AEM is an advantage.
Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail - Good organizational and time management skills.
- A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
