What are your contributions to the team?
- Validate and maintain assembly manuals and manufacturing process sheets for aerospace electrical harness fabrication.
- Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation issued by the Engineering team.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve assembly strategies and manufacturing processes for aerospace electrical components.
- Define and select required tooling for the fabrication of harnesses, subassemblies, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and process requirements.
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes and process updates for harnesses, subassemblies, and electrical components, in collaboration with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Production.
- Provide technical support to production by leading and coordinating the resolution of technical issues with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within assembly and manufacturing processes, including participation in R&D activities.
- Participate in governance and visibility for achieving projects goals: content, scope of work, costs, risks.
- Develop and modify electrical test procedures in NETS (DIT-MCO) to validate continuity, insulation, and resistance of components.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience within aerospace Manufacturing / Configuration Methods Engineering or Automotive Product Engineering environment.
- You have a background in Aeronautical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or related fields.
- Knowledge of Electrical Harness Manufacturing.
- You have an intermediate, technical and business English level, able to hold a conversation.
- Knowledge with QMS (Quality Management System), SMS (Safety Management System).
- Must have knowledge of Catia V5 (or related such as Autocad/Corel Draw), SAP, Mentor Graphics, DITMCO, Publiser, Office 365.
- You are a technical individual who can effectively collaborate with other functions to achieve the project’s desired results.
- You have good interpersonal communication skills and are customer oriented.
- You are well organized and have good planning and problem-solving skills.
