This position will be located in Silverdale, Washington.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Disassemble, sandblast, paint, repair, assemble and test launcher hardware.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Read and follow drawings, quality provisions, directives, safety procedures, documentation and other instructions with strict adherence to procedural compliance.
- Qualify and maintain license to operate pendant controlled crane, trucks, and forklifts.
- Good Communication Skills and basic computer skills required.
- Work with ordnance to prepare equipment.
Required qualification - to be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
- High School Diploma or 4 years of equivalent education or related experience
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Must be able to obtain ordnance worker qualification
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Salary Range: $55,100 - $91,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
