ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a LabVIEW Software Developer for a space exploration company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in aerospace looking to further their career in space.
- Developing and integrating features into existing test platform onto Engine test stands.
- You will be supporting our backend with embedded real-time software and client side software, and modernizing the legacy desktop application software into the web and cloud based platform.
- This role will also require working knowledge and skills in electro-mechanical and fluid systems that are sensed and controlled by our software.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFCATIONS
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering. Other engineering or science degrees or work history will be considered if experience in above responsibilities is met
- 3+ years of direct software engineering experience in C, LabVIEW, Python, C++, OR similar experience
- This role will be responsible for co-owning the LabVIEW software stack and work directly with DSCE Integration Engineers and various test engineering groups test and build capabilities
BONUS QUALIFICATION
- Familiar with object-oriented in labVIEW
