Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Battery Assembly Line to lead and manage our battery assembly production line, while also contributing to the development of our business, particularly in the area of export. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving production goals, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the battery assembly line, ensuring efficient production and meeting production goals.

• Develop and implement production schedules, policies, and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of materials and supplies.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and company policies.

• Hire, train, and supervise production staff, providing coaching and feedback as necessary.

• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.

• Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve production processes and outcomes.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

• Develop and maintain relationships with international customers and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the development of the company&39;s export strategy and business plan.

Background and education requirements:

• Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (Electronic, Automatic, Aeronautic, etc.)

• Languages - Spanish & English - Advanced level

• &43; 10 years of Experience in similar roles

Soft skills set required: Communication skills, team player, analytical skills, rigorous approach, ability to think ahead and anticipate.
