McWilliams Forge Company, in Rockaway, NJ, is a well-established leader in the manufacture of precision forged products for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a Metal Grinder for our NDT Department. Candidates must have good eye and hand coordination. Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing environment a plus.
Performs hand grinding and polishing on a variety of in process parts.
Blends surfaces and corners
Judgment required in estimating quality of objects and in reporting unusual conditions to dept. supervisor
.
Requirements:
- Able to be proficient in English in order to speak, read and write instructions.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Be available to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must be able to wear a respirator and adhere to proper usage.

The range of pay for this role is $18 to $24 US Dollar (USD) this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan. Employees may be eligible for a shift differential payment that is dependent on the schedule worked. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays, with three (3) additional PTO days (personal, floating, and birthday). Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the companys medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
