Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified
Full Stack Developer
to design stable and reliable databases, according to our company’s needs. You will be responsible for developing, testing, improving and maintaining new and existing databases to help users retrieve data effectively. You will also be developing applications that that allow users to input and update records in the databases. You will help solve all database usage issues and come up with ideas and advice that can help avoid such problems in the future.
Essential Duties:
- Design and create databases to store company data
- Create and maintain custom reports
- Design and create user interfaces for updating the databases
- Design interfaces with other database applications to consolidate data
- Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
- Develop technical and training manuals
- Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
- Profile server resource usage, and optimize and tweak as necessary
- Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Databases.
- Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements.
- Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases.
- Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications.
- An ability to understand front-end users' requirements and a problem-solving attitude.
- Capable of troubleshooting common database issues.
- Familiar with tools that can aid with profiling server resource usage and optimizing it.
- Experience developing reports in SSRS.
- Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications.
- Familiarity working with C#, Asp.net, ASP.net MVC, Entity Framework, SQL, PSQL, Bootstrap, Jquery, Xamarin.
- Mobile App development a plus.
