Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining facility/HVAC equipment and systems, performing plumbing tasks, and executing operational and preventive maintenance procedures. You will work closely with engineers to resolve issues and plan for the acquisition or installation of new equipment or systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain facility/HVAC equipment and systems.
- Perform plumbing tasks around the facility.
- Conduct facilities and process equipment operational and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues or plan for new equipment or systems.
- Install new facilities and process equipment.
- Take a leadership role in training and supporting new technicians.
- Support waste management tasks.
- Monitor facility/HVAC systems and suggest modifications for improvement.
- Maintain facility data collection requirements and procedures.
- Identify nonconformities and participate in solution development.
- Ensure facilities maintenance work follows safety standards, conforms to specifications, and that work orders are tracked and completed within budgeted guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing/production environment.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing/warehouse facility environment from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Middle River, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
