Under close supervision, perform general, routine andscheduled maintenance to buildings, hangars, office space and shop equipment
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Performgeneral maintenance of all buildings including hangars and office space.
2. Maintainall shop equipment in good working order with regards to safety.
3. PerformPreventative Maintenance duties as assigned.
4. Installand repairs office partitions, shelving as well as other office equipment.
5. Responsiblefor maintaining cleanliness and presentation of hangars and grounds.
6. Responsiblefor replacing light bulbs as well as ballasts in light fixtures.
7. Performpainting of offices as assigned.
8. Observescompany rules and regulations, as well as OSHA safety regulations.
9. Performdaily morning inspections of grounds and parking lots to include possiblelandscaping and snow removal.
10. RepresentFacilities on the safety team.
11. Drivethe shuttle bus.
12. Performother duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS,EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year prior experience in the same or like position.
REQUIRED SKILLS ANDABILITIES:
- Ability to perform duties outside and in extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
- Requires frequent walking.
- Requires stretching, bending, and climbing.
- Excellent vision and coordination to operate equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- May be required to work overtime, nights, weekends to support customer or operational requirements.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The hangar where thisposition works is in an environment which may have exposure to excessive noiseor adverse environmental issues such as fluctuations in temperature. Theemployee in this position will experience occasional outdoor exposure to heat,cold, and environmental elements.

INTRODUCTORY PERIOD
Please note that you will be on a ninety (90) day probation, during whichyour performance will be evaluated. Comlux shall periodically review yourperformance and ability to perform each of the essential functions of yourposition identified above prior to the expiration of the probationaryperiod. If you fail to pass the performance review or display behavioralissues or fail to meet expectations for reporting to work on time as scheduled,you shall be considered as having failed to qualify for continued employmentduring the probationary period, in which case Comlux shall be entitled toimmediately terminate your employment.
