OVERVIEW:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
Executive Training and Standards under AirAsia shall be responsible for assisting the CPTS and Supervisor to ensure that all training processes are accurate and run smoothly. Overseeing the entire process for converting flight crew licenses to TCAR PEL Part FCL, Subpart J (FIC) and Subpart K (FEC), including both initial assessments and revalidation assessments.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Assist flight crew in preparing their documents for submission, ensuring that they meet the necessary regulatory requirements
Prepare all required documents for submission to the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) to ensure smooth processing
Maintain communication with CAAT to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations and specific CAAT requirements regarding flight crew licensing and training
Plan flight crew schedules for both ground training and simulator training, ensuring they meet all requirements of TCAR PEL Part FCL, Subpart J (FIC) and Subpart K (FEC)
Ensure that all flight crew training records are properly maintained, accurate, and up to date to support audits and compliance checks
Plan the CRM class and CRM annual surveillance
Organize initial and recurrent ground training courses for flight crew in compliance with CAAT regulation and company requirements
Manage the coordination with the Training Management Center (TMC) to ensure that training materials are provided to pilot trainees via the LMS system (Learning Management System
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Experience in the airline industry or training-related experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work well with others and manage relationships effectively
Strong coordination skills to facilitate smooth operations
Computer literate with proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
Logical thinker, able to handle urgent situations in a systematic and effective manner
