Job Description:

As a Cyber Security Architect/Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust cybersecurity solutions that protect our critical assets and information. You will be hands-on in fortifying defenses against emerging threats while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our security posture.

You will report directly to our Cyber Security Manager and you’ll work out of our Seoul, South Korea location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the security and resilience of businesses worldwide by ensuring the integrity and safety of systems that power the modern world. Your expertise will directly contribute to the protection of sensitive information and the overall security framework of our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions to safeguard critical assets.
  • Conduct thorough security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of products and systems.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of experience in a cyber security role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of security assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cybersecurity projects.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
