We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead our Poise Training programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training and team leadership, with a deep understanding of poise, etiquette, professional hair and makeup along with image consulting. This role requires strategic oversight of training initiatives, along with the responsibility to travel to various locations to deliver high-impact training sessions. A background in makeup artistry and image consulting is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Training Programs: Oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of poise, etiquette, and image consulting training programs across multiple locations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistency, quality, and engagement across all sessions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop training schedules, travel plans, and resources to ensure programs are effectively delivered within the organization’s goals and timelines.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure successful program execution.
- Customized Coaching: Provide high-level coaching and feedback to individual participants, helping them enhance confidence, presentation skills, and professional image.
- Content Development & Improvement: Lead the creation and continuous enhancement of training materials, incorporating the latest trends and best practices in poise, makeup, and image consulting.
- Program Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor training outcomes and maintain detailed records, providing insights and recommendations for program improvements.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Work: Work closely with other departments to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals.
