Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Buying Exec to join the Retail team of Europes largest airline group.

What you’ll be doing:

• Boosting profitability by increasing product sales and improving average spend
• Assisting with product sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
• Using your analytical skills to report on performance and develop KPIs
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Keeping everything organized—from pricing updates to supplier correspondence
• Managing everything between perfumes & costmetics to fresh food and alcohol
• Updating our internal comms (fleethub) with promotions, new launches, and stock updates
• Getting involved in exciting projects as we continue to grow

• Experience in sales analysis and reporting
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• FMCG or retail buying background
• A third-level degree
• Commercial awareness and strong numerical skills
• Fantastic influencing and negotiation abilities
• Understanding of supply chain processes
