To support the Military Support Center, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Bachelor Student (d/m/w) for the preparation of a bachelor thesis &34;Development of a fire extinguishing tank&34;.

Your location

At the Donauwörth site on the banks of the Danube near Augsburg, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Experience with us how they take off and land at our own test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Detailed design of the mechanical system installation

• Design mechanical system installation components and assemblies that are optimized in terms of weight, cost, performance, production/assembly requirements while ensuring the highest safety of the product through the use of appropriate design tools

• The main deliverable is the definition dossier for manufacturing and assembly (component and final assembly line)

Required knowledge and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student in aerospace engineering or a comparable field of study.

• Language Skills: Business fluent in German and English
