Your training program

• The Ascension Academy is open to anyone with little or no flying experience, whatever their professional or educational background. Phoenix’s Campus

• The Ascension Academy program lasts approximately 18 months. Most of the training takes place at CAE’s facilities atFalcon Field airport in Phoenix, in Arizona on a modern, cutting-edge campus.Read More

Once youre hired

• Your training will enable you to operate the aircraft in our fleet upon completion of the program.
• You’ll fly some of the most fuel-efficient, last-generation aircraft in their class (A330 and A321), and work with the latest technological tools in the industry.
• You’ll fly to top international destinations. You’ll quickly be flying transatlantic to Europe, the Caribbean, Central America and the east and west coasts of the United States.

Qualifications

Make sure you are eligible:Canadian citizens or permanent residents with little or no previous flight experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the start of training with a completed high school diploma and English proficiency equivalent to ICAO level 4. French proficiency preferred.

Kick off your application by answering a few questions about your candidacy. As you proceed through the process, an assessment (at additional charge) and interviews may be required. If selected, a conditional letter of employment will be provided prior to commencing your training. After enrolling, you will begin your training at the CAE Phoenix Aviation Academy in sunny Arizona, USA.
