Job Description:
Airbus UpNext is looking for a Human Resources Apprentice.
Our objective is to explore many new technologies and to support the strategic ambitions of Airbus. As part of the HR team, you’ll help create the conditions for this journey, enabling teams to grow, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
You’ll be working in a multicultural company, with employees based in France, Spain, and Germany, while being fully embedded in the Toulouse-based HR and Transversal teams.
Your day-to-day will mix operational support and learning opportunities, and you’ll be part of a small, agile HR team involved in a wide range of topics.
This is a 1-year assignment, with the possibility of renewal for a second year.
The position is based in Toulouse (Saint-Martin du Touch).
Mission
You’ll be involved in two main areas: Recruitment and General HR activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Entering and updating HR data in our internal platforms
Launching the appropriate workflows for validation and documentation
Preparing recruitment-related documents and templates
Contacting internal stakeholders to collect data
Updating tracking files, documents, and dashboards
Supporting the team with ad hoc operational tasks (finance requests, administration checks, reporting, etc.)
As you gain confidence and autonomy, you&39;ll also:
Contribute to simple HR analyses
Help on transversal HR projects
Step by step, you&39;ll get the chance to support employee and manager interactions, with close guidance from the HR team.

What you bring:
Enrolled in a Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources or Business
Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken (it’s our daily language)
Organized and detail-oriented – you like when things are structured and clear
Digitally fluent – at ease with Gsheet, digital tools, and curious about data
A passion for tech, science, and how things work behind the scenes
A strong sense of initiative – you like to simplify, optimize, improve
The right mindset: impatient to achieve, but also humble, transparent and empathetic
