• Operate manual shop equipment such as drill presses, lathes, end mills, and band saws.

• Assist with machine setup and make basic operational adjustments.

• Use hand tools and shop tools safely and efficiently.

• Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing fluorescent lights, minor repairs).

• Read and interpret basic prints and drawings (training available if needed).

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow all safety guidelines and shop procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Preferred:

• Experience operating a drill press, lathe, or end mill.

• Basic machine setup skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or prints.

• Familiarity with hand tools and shop safety protocols.
