Scope of Work
• Heavy maintenance on 787
• Also have Composite work, interior modifications, and refurbishment – busy for the next 2-3 yrs.
Candidate Requirements
• Strong skills background with relevant hands-on experience
• A&P license preferred
• Experience level must align with Technician C requirements
Desired Experience & Skill Sets
Candidates should have a broad aircraft maintenance background, including:
• Aircraft systems
• Flight control systems
• Structures
• Corrosion repair
• Interior reconfiguration
• Composite certifications
• Electrical systems
• Avionics
• Troubleshooting

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
787 and 777 Aircraft modifications
A&P MECHANIC
• Perform Service Bulletin installations and functional checks relating to aircraft mechanical systems. Perform system troubleshooting and maintenance tasks issued by Client or the customer. Maintain a clean and FOD free work area.
• A&P certification preferred
• Proficient flight deck operations all Client models
• Proficient troubleshooting a/c systems
• Proficient software loading
• Meets RS requirements
In Training: hands on and desk work.
May be asked to assist with the 787 Storage Program when we are slow or they need help. This might require some additional training.
Work statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role.
Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.
WORK HOURS:
First and Second Shift. All candidates submitted must be open to working both shifts. Will be asked to work weekends.
PER CLIENT:
Candidates who do not have the flexibility to work all shifts or variable shifts should not apply for this opportunity.
ADDITIONAL:
OT may be expected. Possibly up to 20 hours of OT expected.
Training: Could be in Seattle, WA, manager will provide more details (Client Credit Issued).
