📅Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 6am- 2:30pm (Overtime Available)
Pay: $22-29/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble complex cable and wire harnesses using schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Perform soldering, crimping, and routing of wires with precision and consistency
- Conduct continuity and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in cable harness assembly (1+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
