In this role, you will play a key part in the manufacturing process—helping produce high-quality products that meet strict production, safety, and quality standards. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
As an Assembler, you will support manufacturing operations by assembling products and operating production equipment safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
Production and Assembly
Manufacture products according to established production specifications and schedules
Ensure production targets for volume, cost efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met
Follow operational procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Equipment Operation
Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with operating instructions
Monitor equipment performance and report issues when necessary
Ensure machinery is used correctly and efficiently
Material Handling
Load materials into production machines accurately and efficiently
Remove finished products from production lines
Pack, sort, and prepare raw materials or completed products for the next stage of production
Workplace Safety and Cleanliness
Maintain clean and organized workstations and production areas
Clean equipment regularly to meet health and safety requirements
Collect and dispose of production waste according to company recycling and waste management policies
Team and Process Support
Provide guidance or basic training to less experienced team members
Assist with troubleshooting production issues that require analysis and problem-solving
Support continuous improvement efforts within the production environment
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production procedures, and tools
Experience operating production equipment and machinery safely
Ability to follow production schedules, quality standards, and operational instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Ability to analyze and resolve non-routine production problems
Ability to work with limited supervision in routine production environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments
Familiarity with quality control and production efficiency standards
Experience assisting with training or supporting entry-level production employees
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
