About the Role
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for putting together fabricated parts at floor stations using hand and power tools. You’ll test and calibrate components to meet strict tolerances and product specifications, ensuring only top-quality units move forward in the production process.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble units using hand tools and power tools according to product specifications.
Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet required tolerances.
Identify and repair units that fail tests or do not meet tolerance levels.
Follow detailed instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
2–4 years of experience in assembly or a related field.
Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in manufacturing or assembly.
Ability to follow instructions and work under immediate supervision.
Preferred:
Completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in a related specialty.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Special Considerations:
Minimal lifting (10–15 lbs) and low exposure to physical risks
Exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is minimal.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
