Job Description

As a Production Expeditor, you will assist and coordinate all activities involved in the manufacturing of goods within a production environment. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that work orders, parts, and materials are prepared to meet production schedules. Your role involves producing work orders, delivering equipment to the necessary departments, and entering data into the system for supervisor accessibility. The primary goal is to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently, with products completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in all activities involved in manufacturing goods.
• Work closely with the management team to meet production schedules.
• Produce and manage work orders.
• Deliver equipment to the required departments.
• Enter data into the system for supervisor access to ensure smooth production.

• Proficiency in inventory management.
• Experience in production processes.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with order entry and work orders.
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
• Experience in expediting materials.

• Successful completion of an assessment test.
• Diploma or GED.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, Texas.
