Job Description
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of daily operations, including receiving, inspecting, cleaning, and releasing refrigerated air cargo containers. This role ensures the safe and efficient processing of containers and collaborates with both internal and external departments to meet customer demands. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor guides team members, oversees their performance, provides training and support, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming containers and prepare outgoing containers for shipment, including cleaning, inspecting, charging, and testing.
- Interact with drivers of transport companies during the delivery and release of containers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and requirements for special instructions pertaining to inbound and outbound loads are completed (BOLs, acceptance and release notifications, etc.).
- Monitor inventory and enter appropriate information in inventory systems as required.
- Operate simple warehouse equipment as necessary (pallet jack, floor cleaners, etc.).
- Load and unload trucks with forklifts.
- Move and stack container inventory with forklifts.
- Conduct EH&S and 5S inspections as directed.
- Maintain facilities and equipment in a clean, safe, and good working order.
- Oversee daily operations and warehouse staff.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
- Train and implement updated and new processes.
- Conduct daily team meetings to review operations.
Essential Skills- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- 1+ year of forklift operation experience
- 1+ year of leadership experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in aviation-related warehousing is a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
