WIZZ Management Trainee - Group Training

About the Group Training Department
The Group Training Department is responsible for training new pilots and cabin crew under Wizz Air’s Approved Training Organization (ATO) and Cabin Crew Training Organization (CCTO). As a trainee, you’ll work with cutting-edge training systems, help automate processes, and contribute to the continuous development of training workflows.
Your Responsibilities:
💡 Training Management System (TMS):
- Assist in system configuration and updates
- Ensure compliance with standard configurations (notifications, metadata)
- Act as 1st level technical support before escalating to vendors
💡 Workflows Automation Platform:
- Manage and modify workspaces related to Group Training
- Configure additional boards and connect Group Training workflows with other departments
- Oversee end-to-end process setup and management
💡 Process Development:
- Assist in standardizing and simplifying workflows
- Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Fluent in English
✔️ Currently enrolled at a Hungarian university with active student status until at least summer 2026
✔️ Graduating within two years
✔️ Available to work at least 20 hours per week
✔️ Experience with database and workflow management systems
✔️ Knowledge of aviation-related training structures is a plus
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
✔️ A team player with a self-motivated attitude
✔️ Passionate about aviation and eager to build a long-term career at Wizz Air
