The Transformation Office is a central unit that works across the organization, closely collaborating with the executive team, managers, and specialists within Icelandair. It plays a key role in driving and aligning the company’s transformation journey, ensuring strategic focus, strengthening stakeholder collaboration, and securing success in individual initiatives.

We are looking for someone eager to take on complex challenges, collaborate with the company’s leadership, and learn something new every day in a dynamic team environment within a fast-paced industry. In other words, we are seeking a future leader within Icelandair.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to drive transformation efforts, ensuring focus, alignment, and prioritization.
• Promote effective communication, collaboration, and change management.
• Analyze opportunities, propose prioritized actions, and support strategic decision-making.
• Provide well-founded insights that challenge existing perspectives and drive improvements.
• Lead problem-solving efforts, addressing challenges and removing roadblocks to ensure progress.
• Conduct analyses, plan, and provide expertise as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
