Supply Chain Quality Manager
Rate: 37.02 Per hour Umbrella / 27.68 Per hour PAYE
Location: Filton
We are seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager with strong supply chain expertise and solid quality knowledge to drive supplier performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Act as operational interface with suppliers

Contribute to supplier selection during tendering

Manage contract performance: On Time, On Quality (On Cost when applicable)

Ensure supplier qualification and certification compliance (QMS, Nadcap, EMS, etc.)

Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Transfer of Work (ToW), and industrial maturity before serial phase

Assess supplier capacity, capability, and risks; implement mitigation and recovery plans

Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives

Monitor and report supplier operational performance

Apply structured tools (APQP, audits, assessments)
This role requires integrity, compliance awareness, and willingness to travel.
Profile

Experience in Supply Chain & Quality within Aerosapce Manfuacturing or Manufacturing Engineering

Strong supplier management and day-to-day supply chain control
-
Knowledge of APQP, supplier audits, and quality standards

Project management experience

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Autonomous and results-driven
