GAL contractors will work closely with Customer procurement agents to achieve and complete the following tasks:
1. Contractors are the point of contact for any part shortages or defects
a. Assist in verification of parts status, expedite and provide details related to Customer’s parts
2. Maintain and provide schedule status
a. Contractor will work with Supplier to prioritize Customer’s work as to avoid slips to their ECD’s
3. Find out any engineering data that will need to be updated
4. Other tasks as agreed upon by both parties
Consultant Expectations
1. Spreadsheet monitoring recovery plan for all deliverables defined by appropriate surveillance personnel
2. Daily “Executive Review” email to CUSTOMER Team and GAL management
a. Includes textual overview of recovery plan, progress to recovery plan, any delivery date improvements, and current status of all deliverables included in recovery plan
The following are optional expectations on an as needed basis determined by Customer management:
· Verify material orders to support all open PO’s
