Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelors degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years of experience leading a team of designers
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• 6+ years of experience leading design teams and managing stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in digital spaneting, digital design or customer experience
• Comprehensive understanding of Web design such as WordPress, Jive, Unily,
• Experience with enterprise software and internal communication platforms
• Expertise with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Unily, WordPress and TeamSite
• Strong background in A/B testing, usability assessments, and personalization
• Comprehensive understanding of journey mapping and design thinking methodologies
• Experience with agile frameworks and collaborative design techniques
• Knowledge of front-end technologies and development constraints

• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex design solutions for both internal and external audiences

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, user testing, web development, and thorough knowledge of common coding languages and mobile responsive interfaces
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and/or other essential digital design tools, such as Sketch
