Youwill manage a team of field service technicians, coordinate service schedules,and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining strongcustomer relationships and driving the growth of our business.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency andeffectiveness of our field service operations, ensuring that our customersreceive timely and high-quality service. You will play a key role in drivingcustomer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as identifying opportunities forservice improvement and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the field service operations
- Lead a team of field service technicians and provideguidance and support
- Coordinate service schedules and ensure timelycompletion of service requests
- Monitor and analyze service data to identifytrends and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in field service operations or arelated field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-focused mindset andstrong interpersonal skills
