Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Spares Product Leader (f/m) to join our Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France.
As Spares Product Leader you will be part of our Tech Data Support & Services team. They are responsible for defining, producing, delivering, and supporting the technical documentation (AMM, NTM, IPC, SRM, etc.) that enables our customers to operate and maintain their aircraft safely and efficiently.
Technical documentation at Airbus is a critical product—complex, data-driven, and with a direct impact on aircraft operability. It involves close collaboration across Engineering, Suppliers, and Maintenance Operations.
Your role:
As Spares Product Leader you will be responsible for the definition and continuous improvement of technical data related to Part Number Identification and Spare Technical Specifications (STS), ensuring alignment with both customer needs and regulatory requirements.
As a key point of contact for all matters related to spares product data, you will interact with a wide range of stakeholders including airlines, lessors, MROs, suppliers, and internal Airbus entities.
Your challenges:
Lead product definition activities including content specification, process development, and deployment monitoring within your domain;
Coordinate the Product Network on cross-functional topics impacting multiple technical areas (ATA chapters).
Drive continuous improvement by identifying needs for product evolution and innovation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Support knowledge sharing by developing training materials and awareness content for end users such as MROs, airlines, field representatives, and delivery centers.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements, particularly related to Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Your boarding pass:
You have a strong technical background, preferably in aerospace, aviation, or a similarly regulated and complex industrial environment;
You are experienced in product management or technical documentation, with a solid understanding of aircraft maintenance and support operations;
You are confident working with large volumes of technical data and navigating complex processes and tools;
You excel in cross-functional collaboration and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in an international setting;
You are driven by quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
