You will lead the strategic delivery of our Communication & Data Exchange product roadmap, ensuring that high-priority initiatives are executed with precision and on schedule to meet the expectations of our senior leadership. In this high-visibility management role, you will lead a team of project managers to navigate a fast-paced environment, transforming complex requirements into tangible deliverables. By mastering capacity forecasting, milestone planning, and cross-functional influence, you will bridge the gap between ambitious product strategy and best in class technical execution, driving results that resonate across our worldwide organization.

This role offers a range of responsibilities and possibilities centered on the end-to-end delivery of high-profile network products. Your primary objective is the successful execution of the product roadmap, a task that carries significant CEO visibility and requires you to drive results on time and as committed. You will manage the entire delivery lifecycle—from initial bidding and capacity planning through to final closure—while proactively mitigating risks and controlling changes to protect critical deadlines. Success in this role demands attention to detail and a focus on delivering a roadmap that meets our strategic business goals.

As a manager, you are responsible for leading a team of project managers who execute this roadmap daily. You will coordinate efforts across distant teams, fostering a collaborative environment where every team member is aligned with the project’s scope and complexity. Your leadership involves communicating and negotiating effectively across the entire organizational hierarchy, ensuring that stakeholders, management, and team members remain in continuous agreement regarding progress. By managing your team’s workload and providing clear direction, you ensure that the collective team effort translates into consistent, high-quality product delivery.

Finally, your role involves a high level of strategic administration and governance. Your ability to write clearly and simply is vital for documenting activities and providing accurate status reports to higher management. This includes designing resource plans, tracking risks, and providing variance reports that offer the senior leadership full transparency into the delivery process. Accuracy in this documentation is key, as your reports and lessons learned will guide future strategy and ensure that all change requests and project activities are tracked with the precision required for such a high-stakes position.

You bring a proven track record of managing high-stakes product delivery and complex programs within a fast paced environment. As an experienced leader, you have successfully managed teams of project managers to deliver global roadmaps, overseeing budgets and complex interdependencies with precision. Your background with an IT provider has equipped you with the executive presence necessary to present to and influence both global customers and C-suite leadership. You possess an strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the full product lifecycle. Beyond your technical knowledge, you are recognized for your meticulous attention to detail, superior writing ability, and the capacity to distill complex status updates into impactful reports for steering committees.

• Advanced Delivery Methodologies: You have an exceptional understanding of project management frameworks (PMP, Agile, etc.) applied specifically to the lifecycle of network products and software delivery.

• High-Stakes Communication: You demonstrate superior writing and oration skills, with the ability to distill complex technical progress into concise, accurate status reports for Steering Committees and senior executives.

• Meticulous Planning: You are skilled in capacity forecasting, resource allocation, and detail-oriented planning to ensure the roadmap remains on track despite a fast-paced environment.

• Roadmap Execution & Product Delivery: Driving the lifecycle of network products from inception to spanet.

• Strategic Leadership & Empowerment: Managing and developing a high-performing team of project managers.

• CEO Visibility & Stakeholder Management: Navigating high-pressure environments with senior executive oversight.

• Change Control & Risk Mitigation: Protecting the delivery schedule through rigorous impact analysis.

• Cross-Team Integration: Aligning global, multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive product launches.

• Leading Execution: Taking accountability for the final delivery of complex products.

• University Degree: In Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• PMP Certification: Formal project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is a real plus
