Senior Officer, Lease Planning
Report To
Assistant Manager, Technical Lease Management
Role Purpose
To provide effective coordination, administrative up keeping in/between E&M Lease Planning and other related departments in pursuit and of the aims and objectives of Engineering and Maintenance Division.
Key Accountabilities
- Administrative and coordination functions.
- Coordinating E&M Lease Planning and progress updated.
- Ensure technical publications/documents are updated, controlled and safe kept.
- Ensure team members mandatory training and other training are updated and filed.
- To coordinate staff movement activities on posting to stations related to lease of aircrafts:-
- To prepare RISTA (Request for Issuance of Travel Authority).
- Replacement of staff to stations.
- To coordinate in visa/hotel arrangements for staff travel
- Communicate with lessors to ensure lease audit and technical lease requirements are met, including records and aircraft readiness.
- Support annual aircraft lease audits and redelivery , providing updates on physical aircraft inspection and updated records/statements are available.
- To ensure all technical documents and records are properly organized, prepared to meet redelivery requirements.
- To prepare and compile costings related to aircraft redeliveries/deliveries or leasing matters.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by the superior.
Qualification
- Minimum diploma
- SPM with Cat A or higher approval and basic aviation background.
Working Experience
- More than 2 years’ experience working in an Aviation Maintenance Environment.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative work.
Skills & Knowledge
- Good IT and communication skills, well versed with Amos.
- Good in Microsoft, Excel and Powerpoint
