The main objectives of the Senior Manager, Quality are to:
•tEnsure the conformity of products and/or services delivered from the site with technical specifications and customer requirements
•tGuarantee that products are safe and in airworthiness conditions
•tEnsure that only qualified products are permitted to ship to customers
•tEnsure that there are no open non-conformances when delivering products from the site
•tManage and improve quality performances of products and services delivered to customers in all phases of product life cycle, in accordance with Safran Group and Safran Cabin operational excellence standards
•tMonitor compliance and improvement of site QMS(s) processes and organization, in accordance with the Safran Group (One Safran) and Safran Cabin referential, and in accordance with international aerospace regulations and standards
•tRecord and address the causes of Customer returns

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience: 10 years' minimum experience in Quality or similar positions, with at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role. Minimum 5 years' experience in aerospace environment.

Computer Skills:
•\tProficient knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Other Skills:
•\tKnowledge of Aerospace and Defense industry and its regulations
•\tExpertise in QMS and process management
•\tLeadership capability especially in embarking in a share vision and empowering people
•\tKnowledge of Quality tools (measures in production, nonconformance, tracking, calibration, ...)
•\tReceptiveness and ability and to foster teamwork
•\tPractical oral and writing communication skills
•\tOrganization and management skills
•\tIntegrity and exemplarity in all circumstances
•\tAbility to develop and maintain trusted relations with upper and lower management, and be able to explain issues in readily-understandable terms
•\tProven interpersonal skills
•\tAbility to negotiate, to explain and to persuade
•\tWorking knowledge of 14 CFR Part 21 subparts E, G, H, and K requirements
•\tWorking knowledge of 14 CFR Part 145 requirements
•\tWorking knowledge of EASA Part 21 subpart G requirements
•\tUnderstands the elements of Safety Management Systems and how to implement them in accordance with EASA requirements

Working Conditions:

2.\tEmployment Status will be full-time.
3.\tTraveling may be required.
