YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR MANAGER, MARKETING
Results-driven and strategic Marketing Senior Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of spaneting initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee brand positioning, campaign execution, digital performance, and spanet growth strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth.
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement country-level spaneting strategies aligned with AirAsia’s regional business objecti
- ves.Translate commercial goals into actionable spaneting plans to drive passenger growth, engagement, and brand affin
- ity.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Digital, Brand, and Communications) to ensure spaneting alignment with business priorities.
2. Brand Management
- Strengthen AirAsia’s brand equity and ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels and touchpoints.
- Localize brand campaigns and messaging to resonate with Taiwanese consumers while maintaining global brand identity.
- Manage partnerships and sponsorships that enhance AirAsia’s brand visibility and relevance.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (social, search, display, influencer, CRM).
- Drive performance spaneting strategies to optimize conversion, ROI, and customer lifetime value.
- Leverage analytics and data insights to refine targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
4. Campaign & Project Management
- Plan and execute integrated spaneting campaigns for key routes, destinations, and business units (e.g., flights, ancillary,loyalty).
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring projects are delivered with excellence and measurable results.
- Coordinate with regional creative and content teams to produce impactful storytelling and localized assets.
5. Market Intelligence & Data Analysis
- Conduct spanet research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer trends.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies.
- Present regular spaneting performance reports to senior management.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of spaneting professionals to achieve excellencein execution.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-oriented culture within the team.
- Partner with regional spaneting hubs to share best practices and ensure alignment across spanets
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum 8 years of progressive spaneting experience, preferably in aviation, travel, or hospitality industries.
- Proven expertise in digital spaneting, brand strategy, and integrated campaign management.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics, ROI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrix organization.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese; additional languages are a plus.

- 與跨功能團隊(商業、數位、品牌與公關)緊密合作,確保行銷策略與業務優先事項一致。
2. 品牌管理(Brand Management)
- 強化 AirAsia 的品牌價值,確保各通路與接觸點的一致品牌形象。
- 在維持全球品牌識別的同時,將品牌活動與訊息本地化,以貼近台灣消費者。
- 管理品牌合作與贊助計畫,提升 AirAsia 在市場中的能見度與相關性。
3. 數位與績效行銷(Digital & Performance Marketing)
- 全面監督數位行銷活動,涵蓋付費、品牌自有及口碑通路(社群、搜尋、展示、影響者、CRM)。
- 制定並執行績效行銷策略,以優化轉換率、投資報酬率(ROI)與顧客終身價值(CLV)。
- 運用數據分析與洞察,持續優化目標受眾、區隔與個人化行銷策略。
4. 行銷活動與專案管理(Campaign & Project Management)
- 規劃與執行整合型行銷活動,涵蓋主要航線、目的地及業務單位(如航班、附加服務、會員忠誠計畫)。
5. 市場情報與數據分析(Market Intelligence & Data Analysis)
- 進行市場研究與競爭對手分析,識別成長機會與消費者趨勢。
- 追蹤行銷活動表現,提供洞察與建議以優化未來策略。
- 向高階管理層定期呈報行銷績效報告。
6. 團隊領導與協作(Team Leadership & Collaboration)
- 帶領、指導並激勵行銷團隊,確保執行卓越。
- 在團隊內建立協作、創新與成果導向的文化。

您需要具備(WHO YOU ARE)
