Summary

• Assess and segment demand based on spanet conditions
• Maximize revenue by developing optimal group fare structure on all routes and beyond points originating from assigned point of origin/commencement
• Identify opportunities for groups pricing actions for incremental traffic
• Benchspan and monitor pricing strategy vs competition
• Set group policy, procedures and fares for a given portfolio of spanets
• Work closely with revenue analysts, pricing analysts, overseas managers and spanet contacts to identify revenue opportunities and take early pricing actions

• Ensure timely and accurate update of fares and settings in relevant distribution channels
• Drives best practices within the team and ensure processes are cascaded and adhered to

• Assign work and monitor to ensure quality and completion; seeks developmental opportunities for team
• Regularly provides objective and actionable performance feedback
• Aside from being individually innovative, also able to foster collaboration amongst team members

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels
• Able to handle simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
