MAG Aerospace is currently bidding on a contract to provide flight training support services for the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command (USASAOC) We are seeking highly qualified Alternate Program Manager to support USASOAC’s 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (160th SOAR) and the Special Operations Aviation Training Battalion (SOATB).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide direct support to the Program Manager.
  • Direct and manage contract functions supporting SOF customers involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks of similar scope to and experience managing and controlling a dispersed workforce that is engaged with multiple technical stakeholders.
  • Formulate and review plans and deliverable items while serving in the U.S. military or other Federal Government agencies at the Brigade or equivalent level.
  • Conduct financial planning, forecasting, and budget development.
Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience effectively directing and managing contract functions supporting SOF customers involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks of similar scope to and experience managing and controlling a dispersed workforce that is engaged with multiple technical stakeholders.

  • Experience formulating and reviewing plans and deliverable items while serving in the U.S. military or other Federal Government agencies at the Brigade or equivalent level.

  • Experience conducting financial planning, forecasting, and budget development,

  • A minimum of ten years experience with relevant senior leadership or program management with DoD projects of similar scope and complexity involving operational and analytical support of DoD and interagency partners on a global scale.

  • A minimum of ten years of relevant program or project management experience. This experience includes manpower utilization, procurement of Materials and Equipment, standards, training, problem resolution, and employee relations (including subcontractors), cost, budget, and managing performance to milestones.

  • A minimum of five years of experience in special operations intelligence or operational experience within the SOF (SOF) community.

  • Must be a former SOF rated pilot and served as a Battalion Commander or Chief Warrant Officer 5 that served in a Senior Warrant Officer Position.

  • TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility by the Central Clearance Facility (CCF) based on a Single Scope Background. SCI eligibility means the individual is eligible for immediate SCI nomination and indoctrination upon award and approval of the Department of Defense (DoD) Form 254 (DD 254).

The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
