Retail Manager for CEEPurpose of this role will be to develop retail (Facilitate distributors engagement in ParkerStores, Hose Doctors and other Parker Retail sub-brands), develop services (Cooperate with Key Account Managers and internal stakeholders to implement certified services among partners. At the same time making sure that existing services certifications are kept up to date and in appropriate standard.) and leverage Digital to drive Retail and Services footprint and sales in given territory.
What we are expecting from you:
Retail- Assist Distributors in setting up retail points (ParkerStore, Hose Doctor & Containers design and stocking).
- Conduct regular audits of retail points to ensure compliance with Parker Retail Program branding standards, including in-store displays, online presence, and overall brand representation.
Retail & Services- Assist Distributors in organizing commercial actions such as grand openings, anniversaries, and technical events to raise awareness and increase traffic (for both retail and services).
Services- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to support the deployment of Parker certified services within the distribution network.
- Conduct audits of certified services within the distribution network to verify compliance and current certification status.
Digital- Promote and support the adoption of internal digital tools among Key Account Managers and Distributors to streamline retail and services activities and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Distributors to develop digital spaneting initiatives that increase visibility and customer engagement for retail locations and certified services.
Other- Monitor and control budgets related to retail development while supporting the execution of strategic retail plans.
We are looking for:
- Fluent in English with strong communication and active listening skills
- Proven skill in handling several projects at the same time with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated experience with digital tools relevant to retail and spaneting operations
- Familiarity with digital spaneting strategies and online promotional activities
- Ability to monitor and maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines in both physical and digital environments
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with customers in diverse cultural and international contexts, using both digital and in-person channels
- Driving license category B
Ideally you will have:
- Experience supporting deployment of certified services within retail networks.
- Strong organizational skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for continuous improvement in retail environments.
- Enjoy in travel, both in country and outside
