Air New Zealands Inventory Management team have an opportunity for a Repair Cycle Team Leader within the Supply Chain group. This role supports the Repair Cycle team who are responsible for the processing and management of Air New Zealand aircraft components for vendor repair or replacement under Cost Per Flight Hour (CPFH) contracts. This is a permanent, full-time role that can be based in either Auckland or Christchurch.
Air New Zealand is committed to optimising inventory holdings, where the role of the Repair Cycle Team is pivotal to supporting this operational commitment. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the wider Supply Chain teams, internal stakeholders and repair vendors to ensure accurate review, assessment, processing and expediting of aircraft parts through the repair cycle.
The core competency of the Repair Cycle Team Leader is to lead and manage a team towards the Supply Chain agreed service and financial targets. Being current on the status of inventory delivery, having attention to detail as well as managing cost and performance will be key attributes in being successful in this role.
Your experience in SAP inventory will be a significant advantage. Your communication and collaboration skills will be on show as you engage with your key customers and vendors to achieve your objectives. Your ability to work through the complex time and material challenges associated with this role will be a key success factor.

- Utilising your SAP experience and operational material acumen to achieve transparent and on-time aircraft inventory delivery for our stakeholders.
